Fully automated bulk handling project feeding 16 production lines (0,5 kg, 1 kg, 5kg, 10kg, 25kg, and 50kg carton bags).

The project has been designed and executed from greenfield stage in Africa, on a turn-key basis including: 7 flour silos, conveying, mixing and sieving systems. More precisely, 16 pneumatic conveyors in vacuum for the packaging lines supply, with a capacity of 6 tn/h each. 

TracePro Software suite has been applicated to all production stages offering full traceability and production inventory control, interacting with the ERP already installed.
