In line shifters.
In order to reduce cost and have a common screening system placed in the line of pneumatic conveying, we have develop a rotating shifter which can be supplied with many screen sizes up to 0.6mm.

Milling and and size reduction.

Acmon Systems provides solution for breaking lump mill as well as fine powder mill to choose the right alternative. A cost effective, highly efficient solution for coarse and fine size reduction, granulation and also the de-agglomeration of lumps.

The lump breaker for the size reduction in a varied range of applications such as de-agglomeration, re-work processing and screening of various bulk materials, frozen products, nuggets and filter cakes. Typical bulk feed product is up to 140 mm large. The size reduction is possible with the 1 mm screen to a particle sizes just below 1 mm. Screens from 25mm to 1 mm available.
